Two suspension upgrades this weekend!
Well have the correct Track sitting around for about 5 months, just never time when the weather was good. Got the correct wet bolt kit last week. Weather was good this weekend so I had at it.
#1 Rule be sure you 5er isn't going anywhere.

With cribbing behind axle location thought best to reinforce Landing Gear with some six ton Jack Stands.

Now it was time to go to work!!I have the right tools, air and impact wrenches. Clamps for forcing out old bolts, and several jacks floor and bottle.
First equalizer out, and new bronze bushings installed. I let then set over night in the freezer, with some dry ice, no issues pressing in with vice.

Equalizer and new shackles that are part of the wet bolt kit installed WAY better then the stock units.

Correct Trak hanger and cam installed in stock position, as I needed the 2" lift, not an alignment.

Needed to also lower the upper bracket for my Lippert Shocks also. I installed these at the storage yard with hand tools, what a difference an impact wrench makes driving the self threading bolts!!:B
Off the blocks!

Towed to a very level parking lot and am pleased with the results!!:B
The bed rail is still a tad better than level, still a bit a$$ high, the 5er is almost dead level, maybe 1/2" in the 32'.

So just so you know, I don't consider my 5er axle heavy, about 9,500# on the axles. So consider this food for thought.
The following pictures are the shackles that were on my 5er, no not at the point of failure, but the holes are out of round, and the bolts which were at one time a press fit into the shackles, we all loose.

If you have a heavy 5er, or TT, the wet bolt upgrade is highly recommended.
