Viar Air Pump12v DC cable extension

I have a Viar 12v DC air pump. It attaches directly to the battery and specs say truck must be running to use it. The cable and the air hose gives me enough length to air up all my tires. I would like to be able to use it to put air in my air bags which has a Schrader valve mounted at the license plate. I'm about two feet short. Is there an extension for the air hose or can I splice some extra length into the DC cable without creating a problem? Any suggestions would help..Thanks

I purchased a HD extension cord, cut BOTH ends off... added HD alligator clips to each side and can now use my compressor and my macerator without issue.

Thanks LittleBill. That looks like an easy fix. I could not see the ends of that extension on Viair's website but on Amazon I can see it will work. Easy and cheap 😉
