Try FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic). It's about 1/8 inch thick and can be found at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

A place that services overhead doors and loading dock platforms should have some. It is usually PVC, but it gets pretty stiff in the cold.
Try searching for Plastic sheet 3/16 or 1/4 thick. Usually called door strip material.
I ordered some for work 12ish years ago, but don't remember the exact name of it, and I can't check because I retired.
