1997 Terry 25-5D & Water Damage

I've also discovered that it's been leaking up in the top right hand corner next to the bed... and that's probably the most significant damage I have found... and probably the hardest to repair.

My question is... when is it no longer worth fixing? It's too bad, I actually really like the layout and space and everything works just fine and it pulls great too. I am a reasonably handy person and have tackled a lot in my life... some good resources and advice on how to go about the repairs would be great too.

Let me know your thoughts! Part of me wants to sell it off and be done with it and another part of me doesn't want to let it go.

My first thought is, what have you done to the issues you knew you had? Water damage only gets worse the longer it is ignored. Have you looked at the caulking on the roof, windows, doors, slides? Any RV MUST be examined at least annually for these issues.
