I JUST BOUGHT THIS, ORIGINAL OWNER REALLY PRETTY CLEAN. CHECKED IT FOR ALL THE PIN BOX ISSUES AND FLEX, SEEMED FINE. OWNER SAID RAGEN HAD FIXED IT UNDER WARRENTY BEFORE THEY SOLD OUT. QUESTION IS, THE METAL TAG WITH TRAILER WEIGHT RATINGS AND STUFF SEEMS WEIRDIT SAYS GVWR 14,110 LBSDOES NOT GIVE AN UNLOADED WEIGHTSAYS THE AXELS ARE RATED AT 6000 LBSOBVIOUSLY, THAT DOES NOT ADD UP. THEN ON NADA, IT SAYS THE AXELS ARE 5280.I BOUGHT THIS TRAILER WITH THE ALUMINUM SIDE AND 30 FT Length BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE LIGHTER, MAYBE IN THE 8000 LB DRY WEIGHT AREA. I WONDER IF THE FACTORY REPAIR TO FIX THE PIN BOX AND SAGGING WALLS ADDED A BUNCH OF WEIGHT?ANYWAY, I JUST WANT TO KNOW THE DRY WEIGHT AND MAX LOAD WEIGHT IF ANYONE KNOWS. LOOKED ALL OVER THE INTERNET, CAN'T SEEM TO LOCATE IT.THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

what is your gvwr? mine says 14,110. if your dry weight is 8263, and your weight rating is the same as mine, does that mean you can have like 6000 lbs of load?

Metal tag......that info is from MFG. and accurate (NADA is just an on line website that has info.......not always correct. The only way to really know is take it to CAT scales and get weighed (camp ready----truck with you/all passengers/any stuff in cab/stuff in bed----trailer with stuff in cabinets/drawers/water etc.)
Then you will know whether you are over weight on truck/trailer axles, at limits or got room!

What does the weight of axle have to do with it (they are already figured into the dry weight and GVWR)?

Regardless.....stop guessing. You have the trailer.......go get it weighed.

My GVWR is 14990 but find it nearly impossible to fill it to weight capacity. Fully loaded with 160 gal water, 40 gal gas, 950 pounds of toys and all the clothing, food, supplies, tools and alcohol needed for a week trip I only weighed out at 12,642 at the scales.

I can check my 2006, it has the aluminum sides and I remember the GVW being right around 13k, was checking before I took the CDL test to make sure I was covered. I've never weighed mine.

That would be same as mine except for the wt. difference of aluminum sides.
