2018 Jayco 36 KPTS

My bride of 47 and I just ordered a Pinnacle 36 KPTS and one options that I ordered was the heat pump instead of the main A/C unit. It is Saturday night and no ones at the dealership and Jayco won't open till Monday. Can any one tell me if unit to be installed is a true heat pump instead of an A/C with heat strips ? I would greatly appreciate it.

As far as I know they are true heat pumps. I ordered them with mine and that is what I got. We are camped at 8K feet right now with a temp of 46 degrees and they are working great. Mine are a Coleman product.
