We had one for twelve years. Nice rig. The extended front does the same thing as a bed slide except it extends over the cab instead of out the side. Height was just over 12 ft which isn't abnormal and it towed great. You did have to pay attention when maneuvering around trees because the front did extend out over the side of the truck in tight turns.
