WOW! I hope I have more luck than you. We purchased a used unit and hopefully the previous owner ran into all the problems. Ours is a big box of air but with two kids and 4 quads and from time to time the side by side it should all fit.
I did have a bit better luck with service from Genesis so far. The previous owner had a very nice Reese goose box with all the buzzers and bells put on the unit and believe I prefer a king pin box and needed to know what model number was stock on the unit. I sent an email to Genesis and less than one hour later an engineer from Genesis called me to give me all the information on the unit.
