When I looked up complaints about Genesis I only found two from 2016 units all related to flooring. I hope sine your unit seems to be a newer model they will get it figured out and help you out. If you are still having problems, from what I read, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I saw the company president got involved quickly and fixed the problem.
