5th wheel hitch

Don't have to worry about this if you get a Softtopper cap instead of a cover.

Access tonneau cover has 1 1/2" high rails that stick above top of box by said amount.

Had a Reese before now have a B&W...looks to be about 5-6" below bedside on my truck. Cover fits over it just fine with room to spare.

I've just had trouble finding a good hookup method. I've used my friend's truck with a Reese hitch and seemed souch easier. On the curt the jaws cam open on the Reese it just opens and closes. I'm getting better at it. LOL. Know any tricks?

What don't you like about your hitch? Mine seems to work good so far.

I got the same hitch. I have a folding trifecta cover.it's 3 separate section that fold. I was able to cut a notch in the crossbeam and everything fits perfectly. This doesn't help fix your cover but if you have to get a new one you now have a suggestion. P.S. I hate my hitch! LOL.

I cut the handle on my Reese down (as shown in the picture) and have no problem closing a Pace-Edwards Jackrabbit retractable cover.

Yeah, the hitch sits just below my bed sides and the handle offsets up about 2" above the sides.

We have had ours in two different trucks and no issues. Have you tried it out yet.

I have a soft roll up cover so it's a bit higher in the mid point.
