Basically your at maximum with either, so go for it. A TT places about 12% behind the axle and with a correctly setup equalizer system more or less splits the weight between the front and rear axles. A fifth wheel places approx 20% directly on top of the rear axle. So,20% of 11,500 equals approx 2300 directly over the rear axle. Depending on current weights, you may be over loaded.
