On my previous DRV I had the same pinbox. I was told on a DRV forum that TrailAir said to pump to 100psi and it should seal whatever was allowing the pressure to drop. I did the suggested and it did worked.
Interesting. So you are suggesting fill it to 100 psi and then drop to a lower pressure and it should hold the lower pressure? (The lower pressure being the one where the arrows line up on the shock absorper.)
