- ReneeGExplorerAny issues with yellowing as other plastics? Our stove vent is yellowing as is our WeBoost antenna.

Regarding your comment on the PVC roofing for this FW - I've done a lot of research on PVC roofs and it's good. We are about to replace our rubber roof and are seriously looking at a PVC for all the benefits. Not to mention it will be lighter in weight.
Open Range has been using PVC since the beginning in 2009. I've never heard of any issues with it.

- dllenoExplorerTheres a lot of coolaid re the three ACs and no ducting, before we even know how even the cooling is with three units running.
- dllenoExplorerAnd there is a seat in the shower. That's what makes them roomy: it folds up.

Want a laugh, here is even a dealer making fun of manufacturers claims.
Exposing False R values
Full disclosure, we are in the process of selling our 11 Brookstone (that worked very well with one A/C) to buy a 17 Solitude. But eyes wide open.
Why are you selling your Brookstone? I thought those were luxury, well built units. - dllenoExplorerMy impression from reading here and elsewhere is that the coolaid is just as strong on the anti alliance side as it is on the pro alliance side. Their marketing is strong to be sure and maybe thats what either sets expectations higher than the price, or attracts certain buyers interested in the differentiating details such as they are.
Three smaller ACs no ducting. Are folks reporting uneven cooling? To me its important to run two of them on 30A but we have no intentions of full timing and expect to use 30A campsites. The 310 is on my short list cause DW likes it and because the shower is large enough for my big frame. I guess i don't have a strong cool aid reaction either way cause they appear to be in line with the price point and I'm not expecting mobile suites quality for a grand design price.
But i would like to see more detail re where these guys fall short for the price point or if the marketing has just set expectations too high and folks are expecting to see a modernized hitchkiker. - ACZLExplorerI'm on the Alliance Facebook thing and many are buying them and it seems they are having quite a bit of QC issues which Alliance is taking care of, but given all the hype, there shouldn't be any to begin with. I do like some of the ideas they have, haven't seen 1 in person yet and not a floorpan that triggers my finger.
We recently had our DD and 3mo old grandson w/ us for a week in 5er in sig and it's surprising as to how fast a 41' RV becomes cramped. Got the DW and I to thinking perhaps about a toy hauler. Here again, although Alliance has 3 TH plans, nothing appealing. Do like their idea on the Azdel walls and different material for ramp door (more waterproof??). One thing that kinda stinks is that Alliance doesn't offer slide toppers upon manufacture. Instead it's a dealer install item.
