- gar_fanaticExplorerHave you thought about eternabond tape? It's been a few years since we used it, but we used to make roof repairs with it and it would work fine.

Yep, that stuff is a joke. Luckily, I received it free, and had no notions of success. I love the commercials, though.
We played with it at work on cracked 5 gal buckets, rain gutters (applied on inside, and outside of gutter), and a couple of other ridiculous cheap attempts at ghetto repairs. - BarneySExplorer III

Gorilla tape will not hold after a period of time... found that out personally, it like other duct tapes will loosen, peel etc. It just holds up a bit longer. Good Luck and Happy Camping !!
That was my experience also.

- downtheroadExplorerNothing to loose. Give it a try and please report back on the success or failure.
I'm always interested in learning. - DutchmenSportExplorerWell, if that stuff will hold an aluminum boat together that's been sawed in half down the middle, I suppose it would hold on your camper!
But! Who in their right mind go about sawing perfectly good boats in half! :h Kind of like, jumping out of a perfectly good airplane at 5000 feet! - I had to replace the seals on my Open Range. You can remove the U type of seals (actually more of an "H" style) without removing the slide. I didn't have to do the top one yet but I am not looking forward to it.
If I recall there were about 50 staples both inside and out on the side of the H that extends over the wall or away from the slide and a screw both top and bottom. The only place I could find those seals was from Open Range. - Ed9824vExplorercheck with steele rubber company, they now make RV seals
