Anyone towing 17k GVWR 5er with 2004 GMC Sierra 3500?

Dually, crew cab, 4x4, LLY Duramax engine, Alison trans. Very difficult to determine what tow capacity is and permissible pin weight for this model. Can anyone comment on specs and if this gener...

You should have a 11,000 GVWR and around 21,000 GCWR.
Permissable pin weight? Scaled ready to camp weight subtracted from the GVWR as listed on the drivers door post.
