Anyone towing 17k GVWR 5er with 2004 GMC Sierra 3500?

Dually, crew cab, 4x4, LLY Duramax engine, Alison trans. Very difficult to determine what tow capacity is and permissible pin weight for this model. Can anyone comment on specs and if this gener...

i had 04 dually with a edge chip in it towed fine. trailer was about 14500 I think back then,only issue was over heating going up the bigger hills. Rad just wasn't large enough back then temps would rise a bit.
