Attitude 32GSG

Thanks for all the advise. I decided not to go with the 32gsg bumper pull. Instead I bought a 2015 Attitude 35gsg fifth wheel. It's a lot bigger, about 40 foot long, but I know I won't outgrow this thing anytime soon.

I doubt they will ramp up production. Better to stay busy all year, then have ups and downs. I think they learned from Weekend Warrior and won't get to big.

Go with the 5'er, you won't regret it. I have a 2014 32AKLG Attitude, which is measures out to 35'6 overall. We love it. Owned a lot of different RV's over the years, I really think this is the last one we will ever buy.Kids are gone, we take the grandkids with us now and then. No slides, we don't miss them.
We haul our '14 XP1000 2 seater, with room to spare.
Ours was on a lot, but I am not surprised they can't keep up with demands. They need to fix that for sure, but they build a decent quality unit at a fair price, I hope they can ramp up production without screwing that up.

I have am iconic 2415 which is 30'long total length. I sometimes find it tight trying to dry camp in the mountains here. I usually find a spot but options are sometimes limited. But this is my first season owning a TH and I think I'm getting better at finding spots. Dunes are a lot easier to find spots.

I would go with a 5er that the truck can tow and as your needs grow get a 1 ton and pull a utility trailer behind the 5th wheel.

Thanks for all the input. My dad, who pulls a 32 foot weekend warrior, is also trying to talk me into a fifth wheel. My thought was to keep my truck be open with the growing family, cause the amount and size of the toys are going to change as the kids grow. Most of the camping we do will be on the dunes. I am in the same boat with the growing family and we are cramped in the Attitude 25AK. I ended up going with the Attitude 32 SAG 5th wheel. I looked at both. But the 5th wheel is much shorter. I am also using a 2500HD.

I ordered mine 4 MONTHS ago and its just now being delivered to the dealers lot. I even went to the manufacture and did a tour and to ask what the heck the delay was... They responded with "they received 2.5 times more orders this summer than they forcasted for."

PS the Creekside has thicker wall framing and fiberglass than most trailer, so only the lower trim was damaged. The fiberglass held up well. Not sure other trailer can take tree hits like that without cracking or puncturing the fiberglass

The small axles and wheels concerned me. I actually had one on order and planned on upgrading the axles post delivery. However Eclipse hadn't even started my build by the expected delivery date (9 weeks after I paid for it). If a company can't keep a production schedule, I didn't really trust them to build a quality trailer any longer. May or may not hold true for Eclipse, but I noon get cared to find out, because it also would have meant summer would have been over my the time I got it.

I can say that with huge trailers like that (my Creekside is almost 39' overall) tail swing is a big deal on tight trails. I've smashed both corners already when the trailer clipped trees trying to make tight turns on off-banked turns, which caused he trailer to also crab to the outside due to the dirt giving way.

Have you ruled out a 5er? Most including myself would suggest going to a 5er for that length of a trailer. I can't imagine a bumper pull that long could tow very well.
