Jerry, really?? You want Ron to report you to the B&W club??
Did you know there is 1 single grease zerk as well?
There =should= be 3. Should be a 90 zerk to grease the head pivots so you can grease without having to take the head off to do so. Been wanting to drill and tap these for years, but have never gotten roundtuit. ๐

I only have 1... The bushings are accessible once the head is removed...
HITCH MAINTENANCE
Grease the saddle through the grease zerk
approximately every six months with multipurpose grease. This allows the coupler to
pivot freely.
As needed, grease the polyurethane bushings
with high-grade lithium grease.
Spread a thin layer of multi-purpose grease around the
inside surface of the jaws where they grasp the kingpin.
On page #24 is the maintenance - B & W maintenance - Companion Ford Puck

Just called B&W and they are sending me a new shock for my RVB3300 hitch. Wow. No money required, will be here on a couple days. Now, how do I replace it? Has anyone done this? Does it require taking the whole upper end apart?
