Best hitch for Ford prep package
Just picked up a new 2014 F350 long bed with the hitch prep package. What are my best choices for ease, safety, etc? We are 50/50 on getting a new TH or FW, but will be keeping it around 35' and 12k...

We have a 2014 F350 with the Ford hitch prep package. We wanted to keep our BD3 air hitch and used the kit that Hensley makes for their hitch and the Ford hitch package. The Hensley hitch is pricey but if you're going to be putting some miles on your rig it's a great hitch. They call it the Trailer Saver and it really does take the stress off both the trailer and the truck.
Sounds nice, but on the $$ side. But like everything else, probably get what you pay for. I hope to stay with the 12k-14k FW/TH range. I have the longbed. More research and need to sell the current HTT. Thanks.
