brake controller

I have a 2001 dodge ram 2500 and a 30 ft skyline fifth wheel I have the same brake controller for 15 yrs it worked on every trailer I have had plus this one until 2 trips ago and it will not sdjust hard brake only will a new controller fix this thanks

    What brand of controller is it?
    When was the last time you adjusted the brakes?

    I would suspect something other than the brake controller. I would be looking under the fiver for a loose brake wire or something like that. It's not usual for a brake controller to go bad.

    What brand of brake controller do you have? Have you adjusted the trailers brakes, have you checked all of your connections?
