CANADA - RV battery recomendation needed ...

Hello Guys,

I have a KZ 32P 32' 5th wheel toy-hauler and need to replace the battery.

I don't want to go down the 6 volt route.

Can anybody recommend a good RV brand & Battery to use ?

The battery stays with the RV during the winter but the RV is kept plugged in and on charge.

Thanks in advance.

    X 2!

I have Group 27's which have provided excellent service for 3 years. If you take care of your batteries they can have good longevity. I use a Battery Minder to maintain them when I'm not camping.
  • Thanks Guys ... Im'm now in Calgary so I'll have to change my profile.

I am going to check out Costco to see what they have.

    Thanks again.

  • I,ve had both Trojan on a former TT and 6 years on Interstate /2 batt set up,both were very good, as previous poster, only deep cycle rv/marine.

  • Its been a few years but I got Trojan T-105s from a battery place north of the 401 in Mississauga. I think I used the internet but it was 5+ years ago. The batteries were great (still in use) and so was the place I got them, but I,m from western Canada so I really don't remember the place.
  • If you never really run down your battery boondocking then buy an automotive one with the longest warranty you can find. Costco brand works well.
