I have the 18 cu ft residential refrigerator. There is a screw lock between the doors to keep them close while in transit. I'm sure there will be one for the 20 cu ft one as well.
It comes with a dedicated inverter (mine is 600 watts) with four six-volt deep-cycle batteries to power the reefer while in transit and while boondocking. It should hold for three to four days if you limit how many times you go into it.
