I too have been considering a toyhauler 5th wheel because of the flexibilty.
The garage area will haul stuff and once you get setup in a spot, the garage can be converted for a variety of uses
In the past it would have been handy to allow me to better take care of my 95 year old Dad who lived with us. The ramp would've allowed me to roll his wheelchair inside.
Currently we have the need for a craft area so my DW can do her jewelry making and scrap book making thing...
I would turn it into an entertainment center/ man cave.
All three look nice Just keep in mind the weight of the units and the size of truck you'll need to tow them safely.
