Even with a material failure the 12 year roof warranty is worthless. I was quoted $250.00 total compensation for a failed roof membrane that was 5 years old.
I vote for RV Flex Armor as was mentioned in a previous post. I had mine done 18 months ago and it was the best investment I could have ever made for my RIG and about the same price as a new rubber roof, bt I have zero caulking to worry about now.
