Covered storage

When we purchased our property in klamath fall area, we were told we could put an RV garage on it.
We had plans drawn and they agreed approved them with a minor change.
Now they are denying the garage.
Am told there is a covered parking in the area.
With the cold and hot weather does a top cover protect well.
The sides will be open to weather

Does not make me happy,

    If you have anything in writing, go back to P&Z and try again. Were I a true cynic, I might think that a neighbor got wind of your plans and "had a word" with the PTBs at P&Z about it...but I'm not that cynical.

    We had Tri State Canopy put up a 21X25 metal frame metel roof canopy with no sides. I bought some rippled metal and sided it later. It really does make a huge difference. The front is open and paint gets oxidized but not the sides or back. I never got a permit for this. I think it is considered portable

    you plans that were approved? I,d check up on that .and look into the portable bldg idea,

    Ah, f'n HOA... Why I simply won't live in one. What about a special vote on the issue for the membership to decide? Might look into getting advice from a HOA attorney.

    You cant believe the actions they have done.

    Yes I have an attorney now.
    Problem is we are 1200 miles away at the cancer treatment center with my wife

    Little tin-pot dictators, most of 'em. My brother caught-out his HOA Prez with about 5 major violations after he got a letter about something very minor on his house. Letters stopped and prez had to spend about $5k fixing his issues, then was unelected and banned from ever running again. :B

    Was your approval in a piece of paper or something more or less like a hand shake or nod?
