On the other hand 5th wheelers beat with a different drum in Australia. Guess what the tow vehicle is? 5th wheeler is a lightweight 10,000lb 30ft rig
Lightweight 30' 5th wheel at 10,000 lbs.? That thing must have a super heavy frame under it, and of course air brakes. No wonder these thing cost so much. Maybe that explains why 5th wheels aren't very popular in Australia.
Thanks, but no thanks. Australia can keep their stuff.
Turns pretty well in tight turns, it is built for Off Road conditions( not the 5th wheeler) Correct chassis is pretty strong , US 5th wheelers fall apart in Australia. That is why the company included a bit about how much their 5vers have been strengthened
Very similar too the 6 wheel Mercedes Gwagon, that is used by militaries around th world
