Loydt...I'm sending you pics...although crappy from my cell, but enough for you to see. It is sandwiched between the hitch. Looking at how close it is to the tank I would say that you have a filler between that you need to take out.
L&MMusic. I would start by prying down a little on each foot to make sure they are not jammed up, or bend backward and hanging up. What is your motor doing? If it sounds like it's turning you've probably sheered the pin. If not you are jammed up somehow. Let us know what works out. If you didn't have bad luck........ :P
