First what are the quick-cool vents everyone is talking about?

Second...since we didn't get the A/C in the bedroom when ordered, when we eventually do get the second A/C installed by the dealer or whomever will this second A/C be ducted automatically throughout the vents?

Last...I know the rear A/C is a 15000 btu but am assuming everyone's bedroom A/C is a 13500 btu???
