ooooouch :( OK Now we have a problem. Finally got our baby back and it's like new. This year we decided to buy a small lot in a RV resort so we can use the trailer more when not traveling all over the USA. So here's the problem. After setting up we wash the trailer. When I go to open the basement door I got one heck of a nasty shock. I check all my electrical connections and everything is good. With a meter I measure 15VAC between the trailer and the wet ground. When I turn off the main breaker at the pole I STILL have 15VAC. When I unplug from the pole the voltage goes away. I suspect a leakage between the ground but everything checks out at the pole. Electrician says it's my trailer. I don't buy his explanation. Any ideas?? I'm going to drive in a grounding stake but I think that will mask my true issue.
