Does anyone know where I can purchased this tee from?

I do not think you can buy just that part of the faucet- you must buy the whole faucet.

Go buy a new faucet at Lowes, Home Depot or your favorite plumbing supply store.

I was able to get 1 for the inside shower but can't seem to locate this 1.
