Normally one AC unit is on each leg of a fifty amp shore power system.
Have you checked the thermostat?
Did you check for tripped breaker on the inverter?

We had an issue with a loose neutral on our transfer switch with similar results.

Essentially we had 220 volts running through the entire rig and the only thing that saved our stuff was the inverter / converter which all the 110 plugs ran through didn't allow the current to pass it and the EMS board wouldn't allow the power for the big draw items to get juice either. Leaving the coach plugged in but not getting power.

In your case if one leg was bad you might have power on that half of the coach but not the other half.

Throw a dog bone 30 amp adapter on your connection and plug into the 30 amp plug. If your coach works then its likely the pedestal or your transfer switch.

If in fact all is not working then I would suspect a bad transfer sw. Do you have a gen set? If you have an on board gen set try running it and see if everything works.

Your ACs should be common to the thermostat.
Check for make and model. It may take a simple reset by removing cover, locate fuse, remove fuse for 10 seconds or so.
Check your inverter for tripped circuit breaker for loss of power in living area.

The air conditioners are not working so that rules out GFI. Carriage did not put the AC in a GFI circuit. I would guess that one leg of the fifty amp service is without power for some reason.

I have three GFCI breakers in my trailer - Kitchen area - Bath Room Area - Bed Room wash up area....

My outside outlets are controlled by the Kitchen GFCI breaker.

Look for a 120VAC OUTLET that looks similar to this. Sounds like one of these have tripped on you. Push-in button to RESET

If you are comfortable with electricity and using a voltmeter, I would start with checking the pedastal to make sure you are getting 120 vac from both legs of the 50 amp service. May be missing a hot leg.
If good, then open your breaker box and make sure you are getting the same voltage to both sides of your main two pole breaker, both the input side and the load side. If no power to the input side you may have a bad power cord. If no power to the load side then you may have a bad breaker.
If good, then check to see that you are getting that voltage to all the other AC breakers. If not then you may have a problem in your load center.
If everything still looks good then check all GFCI outlets, although I do not think those were connected to the ACs.

Check every outlet and breaker for a GFI switch that may have tripped.
