Unfortunately, there is no consistent quality control in the RV world.
There are nightmares to be told about every single make and model TT or toy hauler out there. Your best overall defense is a very thorough PDI and a "supportive" dealer who will work hard with the manufacturer to resolve any potential warranty issues in your favor.
Every person has their own idea/opinion as to what constitutes value and quality. Bottom line, only you can decide whether the extra cost of the Jayco is worth the "potentially" better build quality.
