EZ lube hubs

The zerts on the EZ lube hub do not rotate with the wheels. The zert is in the axle, which is fixed. If they popped off, it was from the pressure.

BTW, I use Valvoline Red Grease..
Red going in, dark gray coming out! One thing I do have to complain about Dexter EZ Lube Axles is,,,, be careful witch way you spin the wheel...
Have had three zirks un-thread and make a slight mess!! It not a "Righty Tighty" deal here,, Spin "em backwards to keep the zirk in!!

Yah I dont understand this one either, mine dont move so I dont know how they can unscrew. Please explain more

Also on another note I don't believe the EZ lube hubs were designed for marine applications, but the Bearing Buddies are for marine applications which apply a constant pressure to the lube inside the hub to counter the vacuum effect.

Yes similar but different systems for sure.

I thought he was pumping a bit fast.

Sorry, I don't understand what you're talking about with spinning the wheel and the zerks coming out. The zerks can't spin, they are screwed into the axle and the wheels spin on the axle, so they can't unscrew. You can spin the wheel either way and the axle and zerk will not rotate. If they do there's something seriously wrong. Are you sure you've got the EZ Lube hubs?

I am trying to wrap my brain around that comment. Mine are stationary.
