Yes it is true all of them have problems but some have them more then others. Some of the manufactures of these unit listed from what I have read have bad customer service when it come to warranty work. My wife and I have owned two Northwood Fifth Wheels, so I can only speak about units they manufacture. Our current unit is a Arctic Fox 35-5z and we had a few problems (microwave, and fresh water pump)and Northwood addressed both problems quickly. I guess I will say just read the posts here and it will tell you which manufacture and unit is best for your family and you.
