Saw my first Mor/Ryde Independent Suspension system with disc brakes this weekend under a 2009 Carriage Carri-Lite Emerald. Wow, just wow.
Yes they put all other suspensions to shame. That is why I am not too concerned to be 750# over on each axle.
Is is just me, or does the top of that left brake line look a little tight ?

isn"t it funny how well they stop, but yet the trailer makers still continue to use the same old technology that Henry Ford had on his model A ?
Well, not all of them. That's why I try to persuade prospective buyers to look past all the decorative "foo-foo" and look at what the Brits call the "oily bits" - the underlying mechanicals that the manufacturer selected. The chances for problems are much lower when the manufacturer uses quality parts (well, at least for the RVing world) such as Goodyear G114 17.5" tires, Kodiak disc brakes, MorRyde independent suspension systems, Progressive Dynamics PD9280 power converters, Progressive Industries power monitoring systems, Samsung TVs, etc. rather than the cheapest stuff available based on the premise that most buyers aren't going to care about anything but how nice the interior furnishings look.
