I'm sure it depends on the day, some do, some don't, you may have problems, you may not. The Statute says no double tow, so your rolling the dice. If it looks somewhat safe you may no even get noticed, on the other hand.....be ready! :S

Some states require class A license to double tow, others don't. I would try to stay within the state law.
