Forrest River Sandpiper
I am also looking at a used 2014 Forrest River Sandpiper. 3 slides with front living area. What is your opinion on these? Should I look further or run away?

If you're looking at a 366FL we had one ourselves but traded to a rear living room model. Overall we liked it with the exception of trying to watch the TV at a 90 degree angle and the small corner shower. We also disliked the bedroom A/C as ours did not have a thermostat on the wall, you had to stand on the bed to turn it on.
The issues we had were the floor sagged in the bathroom hallway and a hydraulic valve failure on the dining room slide both repaired under warranty. If you do purchase look under the couches, there are two holes where wires come up that let cold air poor in, easy fix with spray foam.
Overall we were very satisfied with the unit and currently own another Sandpioer/Sierra product. Good luck
