Hey Anyone, I have a 2006 Ragen 26fs toyhauler. I experienced a "road-gator' on my way home from our last trip. It jump up and hit the under carriage of my trailer. It hit the release control valve (the valve I use to empty the tank) to my 120 gallon fresh water holding tank and created a large tear where the valve connects to the tank. I have been searching the Net for a replacement tank with mot much luck. Any help is appreciated.

I would find someone in LA that welds on plastic to repair it. With it out and turned upside down it can be fixed.Welcome to the forums.

I have not had good luck with plastic welding. I suggest you just get a new tank.

One of our tanks was recently repaired because of a crack in it at the drain valve area, the RV repair shop i went to sent it out to be welded, works just fine again.

I have the same problem. Tried welding and patching to no avail. If it was on top, no problem to weld or patch. Had to buy a new tank. My repair guy found one for me.

If you can find a shop with the proper thermo welding equipment then the repair should be 100%, that's how the factory does it.

Please keep us posted. My tank has a leak toward the top, has for a couple of years. If I drive with it "full" about 1/3 or so leaks out before I get to destination. Hasn't been a problem but would like to fix it but cannot figure out how to remove that behemoth of a tank above the axles without dropping the axles and that is not something I am willing to risk; putting a 10k pound trailer up on jackstands and getting underneath!

Same with mine. It only leaks when the trailer isn't 100% level. :B
