The most common cause of a Tecma not holding water, is, the Tecma tube/vent system is NOT above the lower P trap. If NOT above it will siphon direct into the tank. The Tecma PUMP has nothing to do with it. Doug
yes, but how is this anchored ?
this is a 2017 ? how long has the OP had it, how many miles ?
this tube vent, should not have moved ?
the vent tube for the black tank ? should be firmly anchored in the wall?
is it common for this to move, or this problem associated with new incorrect installs ?
sounds like a 'warranty' problem
the OP needs help, and im learning something new
but only if all the details to the situation are explained
1. Look at second number 29 in the Tecma link video THAT is the P trap vent. It is NOT always installed as you see it in the Video. IF it is laying slightly down the water will siphon out. The Black tank vent has NOTHING to do with this problem. Also the motor has nothing to do with it Doug- Mile_HighExplorer

well I would opine if you read the thing about installation and being fairly new the vent tube was most likely installed at the very minimum height required at best and through usage and movement has slid or shrank down just enough so the water siphons out??? (just a idea) - 2oldmanExplorer II

yes what I previously posted a few posts backTube position in back of Tecma is critical. Pulling top of Tube below the water level in bowl during installation results in water improperly draining from bowl. Also avoid pinching or kinking hoses."

mr.wizard" Your advice is generic and is of no help for someone with a Tecma toilet.
Moisheh
considering it has an electric maceration pump
i would say my advice is spot on
2017 RV, toilet that used to hold water , no longer holds water
nothing has been moved or changed to pinch hoses ?
the pump has failed , it has a leak
no its not as this toilet does not have the traditional bowl seal
