Tecna toilet not holding water
We are not on city water, just working off fresh tank and water pump. Our Tecna toilet is not holding water, when we try to fill the bowl, the water just goes down the drain. Any suggestions?

yes, but how is this anchored ?
this is a 2017 ? how long has the OP had it, how many miles ?
this tube vent, should not have moved ?
the vent tube for the black tank ? should be firmly anchored in the wall?
is it common for this to move, or this problem associated with new incorrect installs ?
sounds like a 'warranty' problem

but only if all the details to the situation are explained
1. Look at second number 29 in the Tecma link video THAT is the P trap vent. It is NOT always installed as you see it in the Video. IF it is laying slightly down the water will siphon out. The Black tank vent has NOTHING to do with this problem. Also the motor has nothing to do with it Doug
