Tecna toilet not holding water
We are not on city water, just working off fresh tank and water pump. Our Tecna toilet is not holding water, when we try to fill the bowl, the water just goes down the drain. Any suggestions?

this is a 2017 ? how long has the OP had it, how many miles ?
this tube vent, should not have moved ?
well I would opine if you read the thing about installation and being fairly new the vent tube was most likely installed at the very minimum height required at best and through usage and movement has slid or shrank down just enough so the water siphons out??? (just a idea)
