Tecna toilet not holding water
We are not on city water, just working off fresh tank and water pump. Our Tecna toilet is not holding water, when we try to fill the bowl, the water just goes down the drain. Any suggestions?

yes what I previously posted a few posts back
Tube position in back of Tecma is critical. Pulling top of Tube below the water level in bowl during installation results in water improperly draining from bowl. Also avoid pinching or kinking hoses."
