Tecna toilet not holding water
We are not on city water, just working off fresh tank and water pump. Our Tecna toilet is not holding water, when we try to fill the bowl, the water just goes down the drain. Any suggestions?

The most common cause of a Tecma not holding water, is, the Tecma tube/vent system is NOT above the lower P trap. If NOT above it will siphon direct into the tank. The Tecma PUMP has nothing to do with it. Doug
