OP - "The Chinese" are VERY capable of manufacturing QUALITY tires.
(Even Michelin has mfg facilities in China)
The "bad rep" of/for Chinese comes from the ST tires, mfg in China to ST tire specs for re-sale in the US - under various brand names...:(

I have never said a BAD thing about Sailun tires. Personally I have had such great service out of my US Made GY tires I will stick with them.
I did tell my Son to check them out when his (previously owned) GY "G" tires I bought from a nice RV.net member wear out. He is using the GY's on his 14K dump trailer.
