I have seen them behind fifth wheel units going down the interstates here in Virginia...

Some are two swivel wheels and some are a single swivel wheel. I think if it was me I would prefer the two swivel wheels model.
These are generally accepted in many states as an extension of the fifth wheel trailer and and not a stand alone trailer. One should check with the DMV folk where your trailer is licensed and see if they are acceptable...
Like listed above don't go over your overall length...
