I have heard nothing but good things concerning. Grand Designs. I have no dog in this fight I am a happy Open Range Owner, I have been impressed by the comments I have read from GD owners.
To the OP are you saying you have taken your rig in for warranty repairs and been constantly denied?
Is your rig still under warranty? Is GD telling you after the A/C reimbursement your cut off? Has your warranty expired?
