Has anyone been go huntington

Has anyone gone to huntington beach state park. If so how is it? How does it compair to edisto or myrtle beach state park for camping and beach access.
  • Myrtle Beach has more trees around and over the campsites. No fishing pier at Huntington Beach. Huntington Beach has a inlet at the north end - fishing is popular there (after a walk).

Nope, he is asking about the state park near Myrtle Beach, SC

    Huntington Beach, SC info

It's a very nice park with beautiful old live oaks, pristine beach, nice rangers, and an interesting abandoned old mansion to tour. I can't compare it to Myrtle Beach State Park since we haven't stayed there. But the beach access is fairly easy at HB. Some of the sites are near a walkway leading over to it.

(Not to be confused with the oceanfront Hunting Island State Park, which is South Carolina's most visited of all SPs for good reason:
    Hunting Island SP)

  • Huntington and myrtle beach are both good and edisto is better if you are by the beach.
