Heartland Torque 290? Quality, reputation?
Scouring the internet and different places looking for quality feedback/reviews on this TT toy hauler. Choosing between this and an XLR Hyperlite 29 model.
Any inisghts from owners on either of these two products? I thought we were all set last year when we ordered a XLR Thunderbolt loaded up 5th wheel, but wife's medical issue led to cancellation. We since got a dog, which required a topper, and now the dog needs to come along so changing our pick to a TT (I dont make the rules).
I would appreciate any feedback or experiences, but we were dissapointed we couldnt get last year so are ready again. Loaded up with generators there is about a 7k difference between the two, with the XLR being the lower of the two.
Key desirables for us on the Torque are the extra couch/dinette in the back that converts to a bed as we have 4 kids, as well as the patio door to the rear to help us see whats going on. It has a 5.5 generator instead of a 4.0, and has a few nicer items like power jacks, solid surface, nicer shower, etc...
