If you're handy, it's not hard to repair these yourself. You can buy the materials from amazon, or Dave Root's repair kit will also do it. You can find video's on you tube showing how. I did one of mine, and documented the process.

I live in Western New York (Buffalo area) but winter in Fort Myers,Fl. Last year on the way down to Fort Myers I stopped at their facility to have a window repaired. Their service was excellent. They have several sites for customers to stay on (at no cost) with electric and water hookups while work is being done. My window was repaired and reinstalled in one day and I was on my way. The warranty they give is better than what the manufacturer (Hehr) gives on a brand new replacement window. I highly recommend them.
