Unless that 5th wheel is a lot lighter than most, I do not see how the Legs can be fully retracted. I guarantee that if I raise my legs with out the truck under it, it will fall as fast as gravity will permit. Maybe your trailer is very light on the front over hang? I like the idea of auto rollers under the legs on strong ply wood but it still is a goat rope. Good luck with what ever you do.
